We are pleased to inform that our upcoming in-person Graduation Ceremony will take place on july 13, 2024, at Casa San Pablo. Allowed guest attendance will be five (5) invitees per graduate.
In order to share this special moment with family members, friends and related parties, we ask our graduates to invite them to watch the ceremony via live streaming by visiting @unibeenlinea on our official YouTube, Instagram and Facebook accounts.

Fifty-Seventh (LVII) Unibe Ordinary Graduation
If you have completed your academic program and wished to be part of our Fifty-Seventh (LVII) Ordinary Graduation Ceremony, we invite you to read carefully the following information. As a reminder, it is important that you no longer have in your possession any books belonging to the Unibe Library, as this may pose an impediment to your graduation request.
When and where will the graduation ceremony take place?
Date: July 13, 2024, Casa San Pablo Auditorium; Rómulo Betancourt Ave., corner Núñez de Cáceres Ave., Ensanche Mirador Norte.
Schedule of Ceremonies
The ceremony will be carried out in two sessions; according to their academic program, graduates will participate in one of the following: 10:00 a.m., 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Graduates should arrive an hour before their session.
The invitations will be available starting from June 28th at the Registration counters.
The Unibe Ordinary Graduation is one of the most important events of our Institution. The dress code must be semi-formal, for both ladies and gentlemen. In addition, graduates will wear formal graduation attire (gown, hood and cap).
You will receive the request and purchase letter for the class ring along with your Diploma, Official Transcripts and Certifications, on graduation day.
During the graduation procession, graduates will walk only with the Dean, the Director or Coordinator of their academic program, along with their fellow graduates.
