UNIBE
UNIBE is one of the leading private universities
in the Dominican Republic, located in the heart
of Santo Domingo. UNIBE was founded in 1982 by
Doctor Jorge Abraham Hazoury, and today offers
15 undergraduate programs, 14 masters programs
and many certificate programs and diplomas in
the continuing education department.
As a pluralist university, UNIBE encourages
scientific and philosophical diversity, respects
religious and political ideologies, and makes no
distinction on the basis of gender, age, race,
ethnic background, national origin, physical
handicap, veteran status or creed.
UNIBE has a student body of 4,200 students from
more than 20 countries and 580 faculty members.
More than 8,000 alumni have graduate from our
institution.
The Institution is known for being dynamic and

in the growth and well being of the students.
